Our donations are more important than ever! The Mother Cabrini Food Pantry has had drastic cuts in grant money and the need for donations from the community has increased.
Thank You to all who have donated. Our next collection will be July 6 & 7, 2013. If you have not donated please consider giving next weekend. NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS OR CASH are very much appreciated and can be deposited in the containers in the rear of the church.
Volunteers are needed the third Saturday of each month to help at the pantry. We invite adults and teens to minister to those in need. (June 15 and July 20 at 9 a.m.)

May Reflections

The month of May is dedicated to The Blessed Virgin Mary. The first 19 days of the month fall within the liturgical season of Easter, which is represented by the liturgical color white — the color of light, a symbol of joy, purity and innocence (absolute or restored). The remainder of the month (beginning the Monday after Pentecost) is in Ordinary Time which is represented by the liturgical color green. This symbol of hope is the color of the sprouting seed and arouses in the faithful the hope of reaping the eternal harvest of heaven, especially the hope of a glorious resurrection.
